Hurstpierpoint War Memorial
Remembrance Sunday 8th November
On Sunday 8th November, Hurstpierpoint will once again come to a standstill to remember those who gave their lives for our freedoms.
The morning will include the parade departing from South Avenue from 10.45am to the war memorial for the outdoor service at 11am, followed by an indoor service at Holy Trinity Church on the High Street.
Road closures will be in place from 10am until 1pm to facilitate the parade and service.
As the Remembrance Parade makes its way to the War Memorial, please allow it to pass in full before following on behind. We also kindly ask that conversation is kept to a minimum during the procession and service, out of respect for the solemn nature of the occasion. Thank you.
