Village Centre, Trinity Road
There have been recent upgrades and additions to the Village Centre facility which make it an attractive venue for many business and social events. The Village Centre is managed by the Parish Council on behalf of the charity. The most significant addition has been the installation of an audio-visual system in the Conference Room. The system is compatible with ‘Teams’ and ‘Zoom’ and hire of the room includes free Wi Fi. The configuration of the room, which can seat up to 20 people, can be arranged in various ways using the tables and chairs provided. Modern Wifi is provided throughout. All the lighting will soon have LED fittings, as the old fluorescent tubes are upgraded. Sections of flat roof have been replaced and the re-painting programme continues. The recent addition of the Small Meeting Room is also now available to hirers. The comfy room has a kitchenette and access to toilet facilities. It is fitted out with a computer desk and chair, two comfy chairs and four other chairs around a meeting room table. Hirers will also get free Wi Fi access. These spaces are in addition to the Main Hall and Club Suite and details of all the available facilities and the hire charges can be obtained on the Parish Council web site or contact the office for more information.
